I'm Melanny, and I'm thrilled to be part of the Realty ONE Group Oceanside family as the Office Manager. My journey here has been shaped by years of experience in Business Administration and Project Control. I've always had a passion for making sure everything runs smoothly, and my background in project follow-up and operations has really honed those skills. Here at Realty ONE Group Oceanside, I'm all about supporting our team and ensuring the office's administrative side is taken care of so that everyone can focus on what they do best.

I’m bilingual in Spanish and English, and my adventure with English started back in 1998 when I was an exchange student in South Africa. That experience didn’t just teach me a new language—it gave me a whole new outlook on the world.

Since then, I've had the opportunity to live and work in countries like Ecuador, Colombia, Nicaragua, and, of course, Costa Rica. My postgraduate studies allowed me to develop in multicultural environments, where I truly learned the value of our differences. Now, living in Uvita, I'm proud to be an active part of the community. We welcome new visitors not just as tourists but as members of our community.

While I’m not an active sales agent, I’ve completed the Real Estate course from the Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces (CCCBR) and have also undergone training as a Gestora de Portafolio Inmobiliario (GPI) with the Cámara de Fondos de Inversión de Costa Rica (CAFI). I bring all this experience and knowledge to my role here at Realty ONE Group Oceanside.
